Certificate of GRS

Polyester textile yarn made by OJSC «SvetlogorskKhimvolokno» is certified according to the GRS standard (Global recycled standard).

GRS standard is international, voluntary document. The certificate is applied to the whole product. It determines the requirements for the third party certification of recyclable materials, chain of responsibility, social and ecological practice and chemical limitations.

GRS certificate is for the companies that want to test recycled materials of their products (finished and intermediate goods). The document confirms responsible attitude to social, ecological and chemical aspects during manufacturing process.

Main purposes of the GRS are following:

Favourable labor conditions

Minimization of environmental damage (including chemical substances)

Companies in more than 50 countries around the world engaged in ginning, rubbing, weaving, knitting, dyeing, printing and sewing are interested in GRS certificate.
