ThERMOBONDED MATERIAL “SpunBel”
Nonwoven materials of SpunBel are made by the extrusion of polypropylene filament yarns with the subsequent aerodynamic formation of a fabric and a thermobonding on calender (REICOFIL® 4 technology). The new line allows making high-quality nonwoven materials with high number of a fibre and low surface density.
For giving high barrier, hydroisolating and vapour-proof properties SpunBel can be additionally laminated by polyethylene or polypropylene.
Assortment of nonwoven materials
- Surface density: 10-150 gsm;
- Width of a roll cutting: from 65 to 3200 mm;
- Diameter of a roll: from 200 to 1300 mm
- Weight of a roll at the width of 3,2 m.: to 770 kg
- SpunBel can be made with antistatic, hydrophilic, hydrophobic, non-flammable, antimicrobic additives
