ARSELON® – FILTERING NEEDLED FELT
Arselon filtering felt is designed for hot gas filtration.
It is Arselon fiber, with chemical description as
poly-para-phenylene-1,3,4-oxadiasole.
Arselon formula is

High thermal resistance is key property to use bag filters at temperature 250 C up to 3 years with peak level at 400 C without melting or shrinkage.
The felt is reinforced with scrim fabric made from Arselon filament. Thus, high strength and wear resistance are guaranteed.
To make regeneration while in filtration process faster, the felt is calendered.
High resistance to organic acids and solvents as well as oils. Medium resistance to inorganic acids and alkalis. The fiber has very high electrical insulation properties.
APPLICATION
Hot gas filtration metallurgic plants, cement, asphalt works.
